database of all spellfire players

Hi players around the world, there was an initiative last
year to create and database of all spellfire players, but it hasn't
moved far. The Brazilians Spellfire Legue, called Legue BSW, is
responsible of Spellfire regarding Brazil, wants to take lead in this
initiative and make it work to create a better enviroment to all
spellfire players.

We have over 250 players in Brazil, that goes to champs all around our
country. We made various new adepts e made various idle players to
play once more.

Our site is www.spellfire.org has more than 1000 hits per month, and
our forum forum.spellfire.org is open to all players from all places
to discuss with us. Fell free to join us on our community.

We want to make Spellfire a well active game on other events of RPG or
Card Games at the globe. And we hope to get near this goal with this
new database, as far as we can get connected and more united to create
a more solid Spellfire.

We need only that you send your info to this email so we can start
communication.

January 8,9,10 Newport MN Spellfire Tournament

Beave and Jim were able to hold off players at the end of the tournament to win the main event on Saturday. Stars of the game were unexpectedly: Malaruat and Maleficent from 4th edition because some nasty avatars and monsters were in play.
Jim won the sealed event on Friday.
Bryan or Scott won the Share and Share Alike I think.

3rd Edition The Magister

I have tried a deck with him and:
Armor of Dispel Magic
Tak's Helmet of Power
Bag of Beans
Wand of TK
Ghost Crystal
Orb of Delight
Soul Searcher Medalion
Mace of Blood Drain

along with Cromlin to move things to him for relocation back to the hand. It hasn't gone quite as well as I would have hoped because our group isn't too sure how to deal with the Armor or the Mace being used and then popped back to the hand but that should get figured out soon. Spiffy card The Magister! Dust one off and try it today!

Friday Night - World War we had 8 players for this event, 2 tables of 4 players to go to a final table of 4 of winners. I forget who won but will post that at a later time.

Saturday Uncommon Valor went to a no result after several hours as several participants had to leave before the first round of events had finished.

Sealed event: played with tag team rules. Outstanding fun had by all!

Tag team event: The team of Nick and Dave won the tag team event.

Past Gen Con World Champs?

18 players is the best in the last 4-5 years? I'm sorry to hear that. I was wondering that we, here in Budapest, could organize a "world championship" if we look only the number of players.

I organize a tournament every year, and 16-18 players come together nearly every event. This year's tourney was attended by few palyers, there was a little misunderstanding about the time of tourney, we had only 13 players.
